This Privacy Policy explains how Teleaudyt Sp. z o.o. („Teleaudyt”, „we”, „us”, or „our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through teleaudyt.us.

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• First name
• Company name
• Work email address
• Company size (selection)
• Optional: description of your IT situation
• Optional: how you found us
• Technical data: timestamp, page URL, browser information (sent automatically)

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics without your consent.

3. How we use your data

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• Send a confirmation email with next steps
• Assess whether our services are a fit for your organization

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for business communication.

4. Data transfers

Your data is processed in the European Union. Form submissions are routed through Formspree (a US-based processor). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months. If no business relationship follows, data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email radoslaw.socha@teleaudyt.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
